Project Type: Full office space design and build-out.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
Scope: Transforming a newly purchased carcass property into a modern, functional, and visually stunning workspace that enhances productivity, collaboration, and customer perception of a top-tier fintech brand.

 

The Challenge

Raven envisioned a workspace that would reflect its innovative spirit while also fostering teamwork, creativity, and an engaging customer experience.

The office needed to:

✅ Incorporate modern aesthetics that align with the fintech industry.

🚫 An empty, unfinished property with no functional sections.
🚫 The challenge of blending modern fintech aesthetics with comfort.
🚫 The need for diverse spaces to accommodate work, meetings, and relaxation.

The Solution

Our team worked closely with Raven to bring their vision to life, delivering a workspace that balances professionalism, creativity, and functionality by custom developing the following units.

1. Work Café ☕

A stylish and cozy café-inspired area where employees can grab coffee, unwind, and hold casual meetings in a relaxed environment.

2. Reception Area 🏢

We designed an impressive reception space that gives visitors an immediate sense of Raven’s brand identity, combining sleek fintech aesthetics with a welcoming ambiance.

3. Brick Bar 🍹

A sophisticated breakout zone featuring an industrial-style brick bar where employees can recharge and socialize after long work sessions.

4. Co-Working Zone 🖥️

To encourage teamwork, we designed an open co-working area equipped with ergonomic furniture, high-speed connectivity, and collaborative workstations.

5. Game Area 🎮

A dedicated space for relaxation and stress relief, complete with gaming consoles and lounge seating to foster camaraderie among employees.

6. Conference Room 📊

A high-tech conference room outfitted with premium audiovisual systems, smart lighting, and acoustic paneling to ensure distraction-free meetings.

7. Loft 🌆

We added a stylish loft area for an elevated workspace experience, providing a unique setting for brainstorming sessions and focused work.

8. Recording Studio 🎙️

Understanding Raven’s need for high-quality multimedia production, we built a fully equipped recording studio for podcasts, webinars, and marketing content creation.

9. Breakout Area 🛋️

A comfortable space where employees can take a breather, designed with relaxation pods and greenery for a refreshing ambiance.

10. Meeting | Green Room 📹

A multifunctional meeting space that doubles as a green room, perfect for content shoots, live streams, and high-profile discussions.

11. Lobby 🚪

A modern, welcoming lobby area that sets the tone for professionalism and innovation, leaving a lasting impression on guests and partners.
