After enduring the challenging COVID era, it is with a sense of relief and gratitude that we can finally leave it behind. During this time, our custom manufacturing brand, Branda, remained steadfast in supporting our partners’ businesses. A recent project commissioned by HD, a Swiss-based non-profit organization, allowed us to manufacture customized facemasks that not only saved lives but also promoted brand awareness for our client.

Research and Design: Our journey began with extensive research on durable facemask features. Armed with this knowledge, we designed mock-ups and created physical samples for HD’s team in Abuja to evaluate. The team’s preferences were for garment facemasks, both with and without band adjustment, ensuring a comfortable fit for all users.

Production and Delivery: With the selections finalized, we embarked on the custom manufacturing process. Starting from scratch, we meticulously crafted each facemask, incorporating HD’s branding elements onto them. Batches of these customized facemasks were then delivered to Abuja and subsequently redistributed across the region. It brings us great joy to share that our team’s dedication and efficiency enabled us to complete the project ahead of the set deadline.

A Dual Purpose: The beauty of this endeavor lies in its dual purpose. Not only were we able to contribute to saving lives by manufacturing high-quality facemasks, but we also helped instill brand awareness for HD. By combining functionality and branding, our custom manufacturing capabilities proved instrumental in achieving both objectives simultaneously.
